MY NETWORK PLUS PRIVACY COMMITMENT

My Network Plus (MNP) values its relationships with our Partner Companies, Independent Sourcing Agents, Employee Referral Agents and Referral Candidates and others parties using the MNP Web sites and services. MNP, furthermore, values the privacy of your information. As such, we endeavor to protect it as we would our own. To protect your personal and professional information, we have adopted the following policies, systems, and procedures:

• Whether you are a current, former, or potential Partner Company, Independent Sourcing Agent, Employee Referral Agent and/or Referral Candidate, MNP treats your professional and personal information with utmost of confidentiality and security.
• Your professional and personal information are not commodities for sale. 
• Your personal information will only be divulged will only be divulged when absolutely necessary in order to provide the services you have requested, to contact you about MNP’s services, as directed by you, and/or as permitted by law.

MNP we will not share your personal information with non-affiliated third-parties, unless you request us to do so.

MNP gathers data to provide and offer you services and products which we think interest to you, and/or as based on your requests. Some of this may be nonpublic, personal information (information not available to the general public) that is provided by you, that we gather from transactions and communications with you, that we collect through services performed for you that we obtain from third parties or through other means.

Information From You:
This refers to and includes information we obtained from you or which you have provided us. It includes information such as, but not limited to, your name, contact information, employment and educational history and experience, and accessed MNP Web pages.

Information From Third Parties:
This refers to and includes information we gather from third parties to ascertain the information and information you have made available to us and to provide our current and future services to you.

MNP Activity Information:
This includes information about your MNP activity and others, such as MNP’s other members (more particularly, Partner Companies, Independent Sourcing Agents, Employee Referral Agents and Referral Candidates) and third parties. It includes information such as your search activity on the MNP Web sites, hours worked by Agents, referrals made by Agents, and amounts paid to Agents by Partner Companies.

Your MNP Web Site Information:
Considering that non-members may browse the MNP Web site anonymously, as a policy, MNP collects information about Web site visits as part of our tracking system of browser habits and destinations. We use this information to improve Web site browsing experience. This information refers, but is not limited to, how you linked to the MNP Web site, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, and time of visit.

Information About Communications:
This refers to and includes your communication information with and through MNP such as emails, letters, and other forms of communication. Information we collect regarding your communications may include when communications were sent, received, and accessed.

Information We Disclose to Third Parties:
Information about our current and former Partners, Agents, Candidates, and those who do not become any of such will be disclosed only as permitted or required by law, or as directed by the Partners, Agents, Candidates.

If required by law, we may disclose your information to affiliated, nonaffiliated parties and/or government entities. In certain cases, your information may also be disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties whom we have engaged to perform services or functions on our behalf. The following are examples of situations in which we may disclose information:

Your information may be passed between us, Partner Companies, Independent Sourcing Agents, Employee Referral Agents and Referral Candidates, and others who may be involved in the sales, marketing, fulfillment, and servicing of MNP Web site and services. Partner Companies, Independent Sourcing Agents, Employee Referral Agents will be able to access limited information of the Candidates within its, his/her referral network, including but not limited to names and professional history and experience.

We may be compelled to supply information when required by search warrant, subpoena, or legal process, by law enforcement or other government authorities as or when required by law, or to protect our own legal interests in the event of suspected illegal, fraudulent, or harassment activities.

MNP reserves the right to collect and analyze general and aggregate nonpersonally–identifiable MNP usage data for lawful purposes, including, but not limited to, providing this information to third parties.

As an MNP Partner Company, Independent Sourcing Agent, Employee Referral Agent, or Referral Candidate, MNP will contact you as necessary through email, mobile phone or otherwise to provide our services. This includes communications such as, but not limited to, billing notices, employment records, information from changes of your information or status, information from changes to our services, and other MNP–specific communications. You are not allowed to unsubscribe from these MNP–specific communications that relate to your primary usage of our services; and you agree to receive these as an MNP Partner Company, Independent Sourcing Agent, Employee Referral Agent, or Referral Candidate.

As necessary, MNP may contact you regarding third–party promotions of products and services. In addition, prior to becoming a Partner Company, Independent Sourcing Agent, Employee Referral Agent, or Referral Candidate or after canceling your status as such, MNP may contact you to confirm your information or invite you to become or return as a Partner Company, Agent, or Candidate. You may unsubscribe from these communications.

Members are expressly prohibited from transmitting and sending spam to other Members. If you are receiving spam from a Partner Company, Agent, or Candidate, please report the issue to My Network Plus at reportspam@mynetworkplus.com

Servers and facilities used by My Network Plus to store personally identifiable information are housed in a secure, confidential, and supervised environment. Employees, stockholders, and agents at My Network Plus are trained as to the My Network Plus Privacy Policy and are prohibited and excluded access to personally identifiable information about the Partner Companies, Agents, or Candidates unless such information is necessary in order to carry out specific official tasks and mandates. Confidentiality restrictions and measures are set in place in such cases that non-affiliated service providers need access to Partner Companies’, Agents’, or Candidates’ information in order to facilitate My Network Plus’s services and operations.

In order to provide better service, the MNP Web site contains links to other websites offering information and services which may interest you. Should you provide any personal information directly to any of these entities, the collected and disclosed personal information by that website will be governed solely by that website owner or provider’s privacy policy. MNP shall not be accountable or responsible for the actions of these website owners and providers.

My Network Plus shall not be responsible for the information you disclosed, or may disclose to individuals or companies separate from My Network Plus.

As a Partner Company, Agent, or Candidate, you shall have the capability of reviewing, revising, editing, and/or updating your information in MNP Web site by accessing the “Profile” section under “My Profile” on our Web site at www.mynetworkplus.com.

If MNP revised, edits, and/or updates the “My Network Plus Privacy Policy”, such revisions, changes, and/or updates shall be posted on the My Network Plus website. Unless otherwise stated, the revised Privacy Policy applies from the date of that Privacy Policy prospectively to all information we have about you and your account. Unless otherwise provided, the revised terms of the Privacy Policy will be binding and effective on the date that they are posted. Upon the effectivity of any changes that MNP makes to its Privacy Policy, your continued use of the Web Site after such time will be construed as your tacit and outright acceptance of such new terms.

This Privacy Policy applies to My Network Plus, Inc. and its legal affiliates.
